Refund Policy

All sales of HaloDock are final. It's digital software that can't be returned, so we don't refund a purchase because you changed your mind or don't need it any more. Please watch the demo and check you have macOS 14 or later before you buy.

When we will help

Email us within 7 days of buying if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You paid but never got an activation code, and we can't get one to you.
• You were charged the wrong price because of a mistake on our side.

We'll send you a code or have the payment refunded through Dodo Payments, whichever fixes the problem. You can also get a new code yourself from the Pricing section of our site.

What a refund means for your licence

If a payment is refunded, your activation code stops working, and HaloDock stops working on your Macs the next time it checks your licence.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
