Terms of Use

By buying or using HaloDock, you agree to these terms. HaloDock is based in India.
Your licence
- Your purchase lets you use the Forever Edition on up to 2 Macs at a time. You can move it by deactivating one Mac in HaloDock's Settings.
- It has no expiry date, and includes one year of updates from the date you buy.
- You own a licence to use HaloDock, not the software itself.
What you can't do
Please don't share or resell your activation code, get around activation, or copy or redistribute the app.
Payment and price
The price is shown before you pay and is charged once. It depends on your country, and tax may be added at checkout. Your order is processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which is the seller of the purchase and handles payment, tax and receipts. Dodo's buyer terms also apply. Your bank may add its own currency or card fees.
Refunds
All sales are final, except as set out in our refund policy. A refund or a lost payment dispute ends your licence.
What you need
HaloDock needs macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Activation needs an internet connection, and some widgets need one too.
Other services
Some widgets rely on services we don't control, such as weather, market data and AI tools. They can change or stop working, and their figures may be wrong or late, including AI usage and estimated spend. Don't rely on them for financial decisions. HaloDock isn't connected with or endorsed by Apple, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Spotify or any other company named in the app or on our site.
No guarantees
We work hard on HaloDock, but it's provided as it is, without a promise that it will always work without errors. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for HaloDock, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law.
Ending your licence
We may end a licence if these terms are seriously broken, for example if a code is shared publicly or resold.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Changes don't take away what you already bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
